A cozy weeknight dinner featuring tender air-fried chicken breasts paired with crisp, caramelized Brussels sprouts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and place them in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, tossing to coat everything evenly.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a separate bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Add the chicken to the air fryer basket alongside the Brussels sprouts.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the Brussels sprouts are crisp and tender.
  7. Serve warm, inviting everyone to gather around the table.

Notes

For added flavor, you can marinate the chicken breasts ahead of time. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
