Description

A quick and easy Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower recipe that provides a crispy, flavorful snack or side dish without the guilt of traditional frying.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: blue cheese or ranch dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat each piece evenly.
  3. Add the buffalo sauce and mix until the cauliflower is completely covered in that fiery goodness.
  4. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. This ensures they crisp up beautifully.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with a drizzle of blue cheese or ranch dressing, if desired.

Notes

For a milder bite, use mild buffalo sauce or mix with honey for sweetness. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
