Description
A quick and easy Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower recipe that provides a crispy, flavorful snack or side dish without the guilt of traditional frying.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: blue cheese or ranch dressing for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat each piece evenly.
- Add the buffalo sauce and mix until the cauliflower is completely covered in that fiery goodness.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. This ensures they crisp up beautifully.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot with a drizzle of blue cheese or ranch dressing, if desired.
Notes
For a milder bite, use mild buffalo sauce or mix with honey for sweetness. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
