Ingredients

- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Add the banana, oats, plant milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, baking powder, coconut sugar, and cinnamon to a blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour the blended mixture into an oven-safe baking ramekin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with cinnamon and coconut sugar.
- Allow to cool for a few moments before enjoying.
