Ingredients

  • 1 box banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the banana pudding mixture until combined.
  4. Stir in the crushed vanilla wafers for crunch.
  5. Scoop the mixture into small balls using a cookie scoop, then freeze for about 30 minutes.
  6. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
