- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted chocolate

Instructions
- Whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Fold the whipped cream into the banana pudding mixture until combined.
- Stir in the crushed vanilla wafers for crunch.
- Scoop the mixture into small balls using a cookie scoop, then freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
