- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a generous drizzle of oil.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the skillet, flattening them slightly.
- Cook each fritter for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with a dollop of sour cream or yogurt.
Notes
