Description

These Basic Broccoli Fritters are a delightful blend of health and comfort, perfect for any day of the week. Golden, tender, and packed with cheesy goodness.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a generous drizzle of oil.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the skillet, flattening them slightly.
