A creamy, zesty pasta salad inspired by the classic Big Mac, perfect for gatherings and easy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish. Stir until blended.
- Add the cooled macaroni, cooked ground beef, romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar, and pickles to the bowl. Toss gently.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
This salad can be made a day in advance. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
