Description

A creamy, zesty pasta salad inspired by the classic Big Mac, perfect for gatherings and easy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish. Stir until blended.
  4. Add the cooled macaroni, cooked ground beef, romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar, and pickles to the bowl. Toss gently.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This salad can be made a day in advance. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
