Description
A healthy and delicious pizza crust made primarily of broccoli, perfect for easy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Steam the chopped broccoli until tender, then let it cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in the shape of a pizza crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
- Remove from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings.
- Bake again until the toppings are cooked and the cheese is melted, about another 10 minutes.
Notes
Make ahead by preparing the crust and freezing it without toppings. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
