Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan, or line it with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then stir in the buttermilk and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, chai spice blend, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
