Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper, mixing until well-blended.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the frozen French fries evenly across the bottom. Pour the beef mixture over the fries, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
