- 4 large eggs

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Cool Whip
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it simmers, then remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
- Spread the melted chocolate mixture over the cooled brownies.
- Top the chocolate layer with Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate the brownies for at least 2 hours before serving.
