Delightful Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters combining creamy yogurt, fresh strawberries, and a rich chocolate coating.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Combine thoroughly until creamy.
  2. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and drop onto a lined baking sheet to form clusters.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow to freeze completely until solid, about 60-120 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate by combining chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in intervals until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring thorough coverage.
  6. Return the clusters to the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt, if desired.
  7. Freeze again for a few minutes to harden the chocolate, then enjoy!
