- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and drop onto a lined baking sheet to form clusters.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow to freeze completely until solid, about 60-120 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate by combining chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in intervals until smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring thorough coverage.
- Return the clusters to the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt, if desired.
- Freeze again for a few minutes to harden the chocolate, then enjoy!
