Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the chicken broth, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
  6. Serve in burrito bowls, tacos, or burritos.
