- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the chicken broth, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
