A comforting and hearty casserole featuring layers of pierogies, kielbasa, and creamy cheese that will warm you up on chilly evenings.
Ingredients

- 3 packages Mrs. T’s cheddar pierogies
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray.
- Layer half of the pierogies in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add half of the sliced kielbasa over the pierogies.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese and 1 cup of chicken broth until smooth, then pour half over the kielbasa.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pierogies, kielbasa, cream cheese mixture, and cheddar cheese, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.
- Pour the remaining chicken broth over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Check for tenderness and serve hot.
Notes
You can assemble this dish a day in advance for easy meal prep. Leftovers are great for up to 4 days.
