Instructions
- Begin by cooking the gnocchi according to package instructions. They’re done when they float!
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Add the cooked gnocchi and crumbled feta cheese, stirring gently.
