- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F, and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Steam or blanch the broccoli until just tender, then drain it well.
- Combine in a large bowl the cooked chicken, tender broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing, mixing until everything is smoothly incorporated.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
