Description

Delightful crispy rolls filled with creamy feta and cream cheese, wrapped in flaky phyllo dough, perfect for cozy nights or entertaining friends.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 package of phyllo dough (thawed)
  • 3 tablespoons chili honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (plus more for brushing)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the feta cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface, brush lightly with olive oil, and place another sheet on top.
  4. At one end, place a spoonful of the cheese mixture and roll tightly, folding in the edges as you go.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  8. Drizzle with chili honey before serving.

Notes

These rolls can be prepared in advance and refrigerated before baking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
