- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Begin by placing the diced potatoes at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the chicken broth and olive oil, mixing everything until you have a creamy consistency.
- Gently lay the chicken breasts on top of the potatoes, and pour the cheese mixture over them.
- Cover the Crock Pot and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, serve hot and enjoy with your family.
