Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Begin by placing the diced potatoes at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and olive oil, mixing everything until you have a creamy consistency.
  4. Gently lay the chicken breasts on top of the potatoes, and pour the cheese mixture over them.
  5. Cover the Crock Pot and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once done, serve hot and enjoy with your family.
