Description

A healthy and delicious twist on classic buffalo wings, featuring crispy cauliflower florets coated in zesty buffalo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and crispy.
  5. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
