- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and crispy.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
