A comforting and delicious Turkey Club Sandwich filled with creamy avocado, crispy turkey bacon, and zesty sun-dried tomato mayonnaise.

- ½ cup mayonnaise (divided)
- 2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes (drained)
- 2 cloves garlic (or more to taste)
- 4 slices sourdough bread (or your favorite bread, or use a wrap/tortilla)
- 6 slices turkey deli meat (divided)
- 6 slices turkey bacon (cooked)
- 1 avocado (divided)
- 4 leaves romaine lettuce (divided)
Instructions
- Prepare the Sun-Dried Tomato Mayonnaise: In a small bowl, mix together ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 ounces of drained sun-dried tomatoes, and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Stir until well combined, and adjust the garlic to your taste.
- Toast the Bread: In your toaster or on a skillet, toast the slices of sourdough until golden brown.
- Layer the Ingredients: On the bottom slice of toasted sourdough, spread a layer of your sun-dried tomato mayonnaise. Add 2 slices of turkey deli meat, followed by 3 slices of crispy turkey bacon.
- Add Freshness: Place an evenly sliced avocado half and a leaf of romaine lettuce on top.
- Repeat the Layers: Add another slice of sourdough on top, and repeat with the mayonnaise, turkey deli meat, turkey bacon, avocado, and lettuce. Finish with the final slice of toasted bread.
- Slice and Serve: Carefully slice the sandwich in half for easy eating and serve immediately.
Notes
Make the sun-dried tomato mayonnaise ahead of time for enhanced flavor. Store leftover ingredients separately to maintain freshness.
