Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in this flavorful mixture, ensuring they are thoroughly covered.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pop it into the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to redistribute the juices.
