Ingredients

- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup Fritos corn chips
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped cabbage and Fritos.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and Fritos.
- Toss to combine until everything is evenly coated—don’t be shy; get in there and mix!
- Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow those flavors to mingle.
Notes
Add protein, fresh herbs, or a spicy kick for a creative twist. For best texture, add Fritos just before serving.
