Description

A crispy and creamy salad filled with cabbage, Fritos, and zesty dressing, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup Fritos corn chips
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped cabbage and Fritos.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and Fritos.
  4. Toss to combine until everything is evenly coated—don’t be shy; get in there and mix!
  5. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow those flavors to mingle.

Notes

Add protein, fresh herbs, or a spicy kick for a creative twist. For best texture, add Fritos just before serving.
