Description

A comforting twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring garlic butter and gooey melted cheese, perfect for any cozy meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two slices butter-side down in a skillet and add half the cheese on each.
  4. Top with the remaining slices, butter-side up.
  5. Heat the skillet over low heat and cook the sandwiches for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the pan, slice into triangles, and serve warm.

Notes

Make-ahead garlic butter can be stored in the fridge for up to a week. For extra flavor, consider adding fresh herbs or spices.
