- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices butter-side down in a skillet and add half the cheese on each.
- Top with the remaining slices, butter-side up.
- Heat the skillet over low heat and cook the sandwiches for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the pan, slice into triangles, and serve warm.
Notes
Make-ahead garlic butter can be stored in the fridge for up to a week. For extra flavor, consider adding fresh herbs or spices.
