A cozy comfort food delight featuring rich melted cheese between golden, crispy garlic bread.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of garlic bread
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Butter (for grilling)
- Optional: herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of garlic bread.
- Place two slices of garlic bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
- Add cheese slices on top of one of the garlic bread slices.
- Top with the other slice of garlic bread, butter-side up.
- Cook until golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, cut in half, and serve warm. Garnish with herbs if desired.
Notes
For delicious variations, try adding fresh herbs, tomato slices, avocado, or jalapeños.
