Description

A cozy comfort food delight featuring rich melted cheese between golden, crispy garlic bread.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 slices of garlic bread
  • 2 slices of cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Butter (for grilling)
  • Optional: herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of garlic bread.
  3. Place two slices of garlic bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
  4. Add cheese slices on top of one of the garlic bread slices.
  5. Top with the other slice of garlic bread, butter-side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side until the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the skillet, cut in half, and serve warm. Garnish with herbs if desired.

Notes

For delicious variations, try adding fresh herbs, tomato slices, avocado, or jalapeños.
