- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside to rest.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, ensuring each piece is coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
