Description

A heartwarming, one-pan Garlic Chicken recipe filled with aromatic flavors, perfect for cozy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside to rest.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, ensuring each piece is coated in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Marinate chicken in soy sauce and lemon juice for deeper flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
