- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup ketchup (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread ketchup on top for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
