Description

A cozy twist on a classic meatloaf, combining tender chicken with Parmesan and garlic for a delicious family-friendly dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Spread ketchup on top for added flavor.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
