- 4 large potatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried parsley.
- Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until well coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges and toss again.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the cut potato wedges in cold water for at least 30 minutes before baking.
