Description

Crispy and comforting Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried parsley.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until well coated.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges and toss again.
  6. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
