Description

Delicious and easy-to-make mini bagels that are gluten-free, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, perfect for snacks or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the gluten-free flour, yogurt, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until a dough forms, feeling the texture come together.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into mini bagels.
  5. Place the bagels in the air fryer basket without touching each other.
  6. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of each bagel.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
