- 6 cups sliced apples
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss the sliced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Mix the oats, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and salt in another bowl until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
