Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss the sliced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the apple mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  4. Mix the oats, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and salt in another bowl until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown.
