Description

Delightful gluten-free monster cookies packed with peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms, perfect for a cozy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup M&Ms
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the egg and baking soda, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in the oats, M&Ms, and chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
