Description

A delightful twist on a classic Caesar salad, these Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are quick, easy, and perfect for a light meal under the sun.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp: In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  2. Grill the shrimp: Preheat your grill and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn lovely pink and opaque.
  3. Make the Caesar dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and the minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Assemble the wraps: Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds. Spread a generous layer of Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
  5. Fill your wraps: Add a portion of the grilled shrimp, followed by a handful of chopped romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan, and any optional toppings.
  6. Roll it up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then carefully roll from the bottom up.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Slice the wraps in half for easy eating and serve immediately.

Notes

Leftover wraps can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days, but enjoy them fresh for the best flavor and texture.
