Description

Delicious and quick no-bake ham and pickle roll-ups, perfect for gatherings and snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 4 slices thin ham
  • 4 small dill pickles

Instructions

  1. Spread the cream cheese: Begin by spreading about 1 Tbsp of softened cream cheese on each slice of ham. Make sure to leave approximately a 1/2″ edge around all sides.
  2. Add the pickle: Place a small dill pickle at one end of the ham slice that’s covered with cream cheese.
  3. Roll it up: Gently roll the pickle and ham into a log shape, making sure all that creamy filling stays tucked inside.
  4. Slice and serve: Slice the ham and pickle roll-ups into 1″ pieces. For a more substantial lunch option, feel free to leave them whole.
  5. Enjoy: This recipe makes about 24 ham pickle pinwheels, perfect for sharing or enjoying throughout the week.

Notes

Make ahead for convenience and store in the fridge for up to 2 days. For ingredient swaps, try turkey or roast beef.
