Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Mix the apple sauce and honey (or maple syrup) in another bowl until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until everything is incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped apples gently, letting their sweetness shine through.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, creating little mounds.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
