- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon dried lavender
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Additional melted white chocolate for coating
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it’s hot but not boiling.
- Add the dried lavender and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
- Strain the lavender from the cream and pour the hot cream over the chopped white chocolate in a bowl.
- Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and combined.
- Stir in honey until smooth.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 120 minutes, until it is firm.
- Scoop the mixture into small balls and roll them gently to shape.
- Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate to coat.
- Let them set on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Notes
These truffles can be made a few days in advance and stored in an airtight container. For a vegan option, substitute honey with maple syrup or agave nectar.
