Description

Delicious no-bake truffles combining white chocolate with floral lavender and sweet honey for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Additional melted white chocolate for coating

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it’s hot but not boiling.
  2. Add the dried lavender and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the lavender from the cream and pour the hot cream over the chopped white chocolate in a bowl.
  4. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and combined.
  5. Stir in honey until smooth.
  6. Refrigerate the mixture for about 120 minutes, until it is firm.
  7. Scoop the mixture into small balls and roll them gently to shape.
  8. Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate to coat.
  9. Let them set on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Enjoy your decadent truffles!

Notes

These truffles can be made a few days in advance and stored in an airtight container. For a vegan option, substitute honey with maple syrup or agave nectar.
