- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 4 tablespoons honey mustard
- 6 slices of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 12 slider buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and honey mustard. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out the slider buns and place a generous amount of the honey mustard chicken on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top each slider with crumbled turkey bacon, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
- Place the top half of the buns on each slider and serve immediately.
Notes
Make-Ahead Advice: The honey mustard chicken can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Just warm it up before assembling the sliders. Leftover sliders can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for a few minutes to refresh the buns.
