Description

A delicious twist on the classic Big Mac, this Keto Big Mac Salad features flavorful ground beef on a bed of fresh greens with a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Lettuce (your choice: romaine, iceberg, or a mixed green blend)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped onions
  • Pickle chips

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, dill pickle relish, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Whisk until smooth and creamy; set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and drain excess fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss a generous amount of lettuce, then layer with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onions, and pickle chips.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef on top and drizzle with the creamy dressing. Toss gently to combine.
