Description

Delicious, warm taquitos filled with shredded chicken, Turkey bacon, and ranch dressing, wrapped in low-carb tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked Turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 810 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, crumbled Turkey bacon, ranch dressing, and cheese in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Lay out the low-carb tortillas on a clean surface and spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto each one. Roll tightly.
  4. Brush the outside of each taquito with olive oil and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve hot with optional toppings like sour cream, guacamole, and green onions.
