  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them evenly on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
