Description

Wholesome and delicious no-bake peanut butter energy bites, perfect for a quick snack or treat.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine quick oats and mini chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
  2. Add creamy peanut butter and honey to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
  3. Use a scoop to portion out the mixture and roll into 12 bite-sized balls.
  4. Transfer energy bites to an airtight container and store at room temperature or in the fridge.
