- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine quick oats and mini chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
- Add creamy peanut butter and honey to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Use a scoop to portion out the mixture and roll into 12 bite-sized balls.
- Transfer energy bites to an airtight container and store at room temperature or in the fridge.
