Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 cup green chilies (canned or fresh)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts liberally with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
