- 1/2 cup dill pickle ranch dressing
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the dill pickle ranch dressing, then coat with the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the chicken breasts inside.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- If baking, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20 minutes on a lined baking sheet.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can prepare the chicken in advance by breading them and refrigerating until ready to cook.
