Description

A cozy weeknight dinner featuring crispy, golden chicken coated in Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Perfect for a quick and comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the dill pickle ranch dressing, then coat with the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs mixture.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the chicken breasts inside.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. If baking, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20 minutes on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can prepare the chicken in advance by breading them and refrigerating until ready to cook.
