- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups cauliflower rice

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet and cook undisturbed for a minute or two.
- Toss in the sliced bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms, and sauté until tender.
