Description

A quick and delicious twist on the classic Philly Cheesesteak, this cozy bowl features tender steak, colorful peppers, and creamy cheese, all served over cauliflower rice for a low-carb delight.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (provolone or cheddar)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet and cook undisturbed for a minute or two.
  3. Toss in the sliced bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms, and sauté until tender.
  4. Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook until heated through.
