Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  4. Stir in the rice, chicken broth, pineapple chunks, and soy sauce.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.

  7. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with green onions before serving.
