Instructions

- Slice the cabbage into thick steaks (about 1 inch each) to retain their structure.
- Arrange the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

- Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through until edges are crispy and golden.
