Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, garbanzo beans, provolone cheese, and olives.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
