- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering and fragrant.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Toss in the sliced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add the sliced zucchinis and soy sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine and let it simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the zucchini is tender yet golden.
- If desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
