- 1 bag of Doritos
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 head of lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until it’s fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and follow package directions to prepare your seasoned meat.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, black beans, corn, and diced onions.
- Add the seasoned meat to the salad mixture, mixing thoroughly.
- Next, break the Doritos into pieces and sprinkle them over the salad.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and salsa, then drizzle it over the salad just before serving.
- Serve immediately for the best crunch.
