Description

A delightful, no-bake popcorn treat loaded with minty sweetness and crunchy cereals, perfect for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day.


Ingredients

  • 8 cups popcorn (popped according to package instructions)
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup Mint M&Ms
  • 2 cups Lucky Charms cereal

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn according to package instructions and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and mini marshmallows together over low heat. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Once melted, pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and gently mix until every kernel is fully coated.
  4. Fold in the Mint M&Ms and Lucky Charms, allowing their vibrant colors to brighten your mixture.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, creating an even layer. Allow to cool and set for about 30 minutes.
