- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup caramel candies, unwrapped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually blend into the butter mixture until just combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden on the edges. Allow to cool on wire racks.
- Melt caramel candies and heavy cream over low heat for the drizzle.
- Drizzle melted caramel over cookies, then melt chocolate chips and drizzle over caramel.
