Description

Indulge in these decadent Twix-inspired cookies, featuring a blend of buttery cookies, gooey caramel, and rich chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup caramel candies, unwrapped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually blend into the butter mixture until just combined.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden on the edges. Allow to cool on wire racks.
  7. Melt caramel candies and heavy cream over low heat for the drizzle.
  8. Drizzle melted caramel over cookies, then melt chocolate chips and drizzle over caramel.
  9. Let cookies sit until chocolate is set, then enjoy!
