- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the crust to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread tzatziki sauce evenly across the crust.
- Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cucumber slices, and red onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in your preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with fresh dill before slicing and serving.
Notes
Make the tzatziki sauce a day in advance for better flavor. Leftover pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
