Description

A flavorful twist on traditional pizza featuring creamy tzatziki, tender chicken, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the crust to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread tzatziki sauce evenly across the crust.
  5. Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cucumber slices, and red onion.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake in your preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  9. Garnish with fresh dill before slicing and serving.

Notes

Make the tzatziki sauce a day in advance for better flavor. Leftover pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
