Ingredients

- 2 juicy oranges, segmented
- 1 cup of pomegranate seeds
- ½ cup of crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup of candied pecans
- ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the spring greens, oranges, and pomegranate seeds. Toss gently to mix.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Top with crumbled feta and candied pecans.
